In the pre-bpf code, dwflpp::translate_final_fetch_or_store() would call
c_translate_addressof(), which rejects trying to take the address of a
register.

In HEAD systemtap, c_translate_addressof() doesn't exist and
dwflpp::translate_final_fetch_or_store() doesn't check for trying to take the
address of a register.
