Seems fine now with:
dyninst-9.3.1-1.fc25.x86_64

make installcheck RUNTESTFLAGS=at_var_mark.exp
PASS: at_var_mark startup
PASS: at_var_mark load generation
PASS: at_var_mark shutdown and output
KPASS: at_var_mark (dyninst) startup (PRMS 15052)
PASS: at_var_mark (dyninst) load generation
PASS: at_var_mark (dyninst) shutdown and output
