Recent versions of binutils pull more function call stubs out of the .plt
section and plop them into the .got, where it goes out of reach of ltrace &
systemtap process.plt probes.  We should investigate whether the GOT is
probeable (without debuginfo) apprx. as well as the PLT has been.
