>From your output, I see you are trying to use markers, since you did the
following:

   probe process("/usr/sbin/mysqld").mark("query__start")

So, the first thing to do is make sure that your /usr/sbin/mysqld was
compiled with markers. Try the following:

# readelf -n /usr/bin/mysql | fgrep Name

If that works, try:

# stap -l 'process("/usr/sbin/mysqld").mark("*")'
