The [nd_]syscall.ptrace probes need improvement. Such as:

- no test case
- no 32-bit compat support
- support for newer ptrace requests, like: 

       PTRACE_PEEKSIGINFO (since Linux 3.10)                                    
       PTRACE_GETSIGMASK (since Linux 3.11)                                     
       PTRACE_SETSIGMASK (since Linux 3.11)
