Consider a "menu" node in the online docs like this one:

https://www.sourceware.org/systemtap/tapsets/signal.stp.html

The page starts with a long series of links, and has
some descriptive text at the bottom.

I think it would be better if the descriptive text came before
the links.

(In the case of this particular page, if you read the text,
it seems that this is how the author expected it to work...)
