Systemtap efa3ced fails to build (make rpm) on el6. Presumably caused by
91c82d369 (plus related 876abb05). This is el6 specific:

RPM build errors:
    File must begin with "/": GPLv2+
    File must begin with "/": COPYING

Please, fix.
