Please install the kernel-debuginfo-3.10.0-123.el7.ppc64 package,
not the kernel-debug-3.10.0-123.el7.ppc64 package.  The former
contains kernel sources and debugging object files; the latter
contains kernel binaries for a completely separate configuration/build.
