Every address we use should eventually boil down to a file offset, especially
when we're on inode-uprobes or stapdyn.  But this doesn't seem to happen for a
prelinked library:

> $ stap -e 'probe process("/usr/lib64/libc-2.17.so").plt { println(pp()) }' -c true

[...]

Those look like raw prelinked addresses, not offsets.
