You really need to tell us exactly what you did. What is the contents of
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ddebs.list?

Did you run steps 3 and 4 from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash ?

What is the exact apt-cache search command you used?
