    PR15452 Prevent crash in dwflpp::print_members ().

    Don't try to find siblings when a DIE doesn't have any children.

    This doesn't solve the actual bug and the debugtypes testcase still fails
    because the code doesn't doesn't handle the DW_AT_signature.
