We currently have support for uretprobes in some of Anton Arapov's test
kernels, but the API has since drifted.  There are no longer separate
registration functions, just a new ->rp_handler field for uretprobes.

We can let this replace our previous inode-uretprobes support completely, as
those earlier versions have never been shipped anywhere.
