All of the systemtap.maps/*.exp testcases have been modified to also test
stapdyn (commit 36aec63), except for the pmap_agg_overflow.exp testcase. Its
associated pmap_agg_overflow.stp test script is very cpu-specific.  The same
error situation could be tested with stapdyn, but the testcase would need to be
modified to work with multiple threads (instead of multiple cpus).

(It is possible that the multithreaded C test program from
systemtap.exelib/pthreadprobes.exp could be used/modified here.)
