To duplicate this problem, run the following command from the testsuite
directory (using the test program from
testsuite/systemtap.exelib/pthreadprobes.c):

# stap -v --runtime=dyninst ./pthreadprobes.stp -c ./pthreadprobes
/lib/libpthread-2.16.20
