doc/Tapset_Reference_Guide/manpager.sh does *roughly* what we need it to do
(namely, munge the tapset source code to produce man pages). It can be adapted
the rest of the way, either fixing the existing script or rewriting it in
something sane like Perl.

Anyhow, assigning the issue to myself now that it's clear what to do.
