We would prefer not to ship belived-to-be-unused grapher code for too
much longer.  For those who do run it, we'd like to make sure that they
can keep running it from the forthcoming 1.7 release indefinitely, by
decoupling tight rpm version dependencies between the -grapher and the
core systemtap-* RPMs.
