[Bug testsuite/11719] New: on ppc, the cmd_parse.exp and preprocessor.exp test fail

On ppc64 (2.6.18-194.el5), the cmd_parse.exp and preprocessor.exp tests fail
because they expect to use the output of 'uname -i' directly as the kernel
architecture.  'uname -i' returns 'ppc64', but the kernel's internal
architecture is 'powerpc'.
