To make this work we would need to tag the address (array) with the build-id of
the module that is mapped to the vma in which it resides. And make all addresses
canonical. Where a canonical address is the address adjusted for module &
prelink bias so it's relative to the original module. Such
build-id+canon-addresses can then be resolved to symbols "offline".
