    PR11665 Add umodname(addr) tapset function.
    
    * runtime/sym.c (_stp_tf_mmap_cb): Always register module name in vma_map.
      (_stp_module_name): New function.
    * tapset/ucontext.stp: New tapset.
    * testsuite/buildok/ucontext.stp: New pass 4 test.
    * testsuite/systemtap.context/usymbols.exp: Extend pass 5 test to include
      umodname(handler).
