Implementation of stap --all-modules.

Reworking of the patch as per IRC discussion:
- using a separate option name seems cleaner and more consistent with other
options (--ldd);
- keeping the actual /proc/modules parsing at stap options parsing time seems
to make more sense than doing it at a later time.

This is still untested (but it builds). Any suggestion for a better option name
is welcome.
