[Bug tapsets/11406] Add dup2, epoll_create1, eventfd2, inotify_init1 and signalfd4 to syscall tapset

These have been added, including some new argument utility functions and testcases.

There are still issues with the nd_syscall set. I'll create a new bug report for
that.
