[Bug testsuite/11270] New: The 'nd_syscall' tapset needs a testcase

Currently, nd_syscall.* probes have no testcase, so it remains untested. 
However, it should be fairly easy to copy & modify the existing
systemtap.syscall/syscall.exp testcase to test the nd_syscall probes.
