[Bug translator/11008] New: Support c++ namespace like syntax $foo::bar

Currently to select a variable by its full c++ name you need to know how it is
stored as dwarf (simple) name attribute.  The full name is in the
DW_AT_MIPS_linkage_name attribute but in mangled form.
