[Bug releng/10901] New: use AC_SYS_LARGEFILE or such for stat*64 use

We use fstat() in a few places in the code.  This may fail
on 32-bit hosts where the filesystem may want to return 64-bit inode
numbers.  We should -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 via some means or other
to compile stap / staprun.
