Some accessors are provided like blk_rq_sectors, blk_rq_bytes

static inline unsigned int blk_rq_sectors(const struct request *rq)
 {
      return blk_rq_bytes(rq) >> 9;
 }

static inline unsigned int blk_rq_bytes(const struct request *rq)
{
       return rq->__data_len;
}

Maybe to replace $rq->nr_sectors with $rq->data_len >> 9 or to use
embedded function can do same job.
