[Bug runtime/10514] New: time-warped address->symbol mappings

It would be desirable to let backtrace() / ubacktrace() values be tagged
in such a way that potentially much later, correct address->symbol
resolution can take place.

This would mean having to teach the runtime backtracer widgets to save
someplace a snapshot the task_finder_vma data (a version number?),and
emit a tag into the hex address list that will permit that snapshot
to be found again at address->symbol lookup time.
