Systemtap meets java language level tracing

Hi,

In case people had missed it, some of the Systemtap 0.9.9 sdt.h and user
probing cleanups also helped getting the java language method tracing to
start working properly:

It needed only very minimal patching on the java side to expose the
already existing dtrace markers in the code to stap:
