[Bug translator/10398] New: DW_OP_call_frame CFA support doesn't work for exelib.exp mark.tcl separate-debuginfo plus prelink case

The following testcases fail:

FAIL:
mark-uprobesgcc-O0default-pie-sep-debug-uprobeslibgcc-O0default-prelink-sep-debug_uprobeslibgcc-O0default-prelink-sep-debug

They all fail with the message:

Got "semantic error: No cfa_ops supplied, but needed by DW_OP_call_frame_cfa:

Most likely looking up the cfi cfa ops is missing a bias somewhere.
