[Bug translator/10230] New: should support more operations on array-valued $context->field elements

Further to bug #4166, the translator should allow:

for      struct foo { char name[999]; } *bar;
         $bar->name        (=> array base address)
         $bar->name[expr]  (=> general index expression as opposed to literal)
