[Bug translator/10225] New: process.mark() name should map "-" <-> "__" like dtrace

Tom Lane reports that the simple pass-through of the C-level
symbol name process.mark("foo__bar") does not match the
dtrace mangling behavior.  The C object-code-level double-underscore
should be mapped to/from a script-language-level hyphen.
