[Patch 0/2] Enhancement of several numeric options checking

Succeeding after a previous patch to enhance  -p option checking, here
are two patches to enhance other two options checking.
- Enhance -s option checking to only accept valid size number [1/2]
- Enhance -x option checking to only accept valid pid [2/2]

Additionally, another fix is pending. It is about -S option. Staprun
actually has such checking. But it seems better to check it earlier in
stap (if last pass is 5).
