[Bug testsuite/10130] New: Argument to mktemp should have at lest 6 X's

Current testsuite sometimes runs mktemp with only 5 X's in argument. On Debian
this results in errors like this:

/tmp/staptestXXXXX: Invalid argument        
mktemp: last six characters of template must be XXXXXX
