* testsuite/systemtap.examples/index.html: Regenerated.
* testsuite/systemtap.examples/index.txt: Likewise.
* testsuite/systemtap.examples/keyword-index.html: Likewise.
* testsuite/systemtap.examples/keyword-index.txt: Likewise.

This should also automagically show up at
http://sourceware.org/systemtap/examples/
