[Bug translator/9773] On x86_64, systemtap sometimes fails to retrieve a local variable

This may or may not be a systemtap bug.

For example, if you can decode the debugging data to find
that location data in fact exists for that variable, and
systemtap is failing to find it, then yes, we have a bug.
Or if you can use gdb against the same binary / debug data
and have it print out the variables, then yes.

Otherwise, it may just be another instance of the well-known
gcc debuginfo generation problems.
