[Bug translator/6928] buildok/seventeen.stp crashes with elfutils 0.137

As described in the upstream bug this issue is resolved by applying the attached
patches to this bug report to the pristine elfutils 0.137 sources. They will
hopefully be integrated in a new elfutils release.
