[Bug translator/6902] New: optimize use of elfutils offline module search

A probe such as 'probe kernel.function("foo") {}' currently
performs a full offline module search, which for a combined
kernel object/source tree can take a noticeable amount of time
(and inode cache space).  It's wasted effort.

See also bug #3498, but maybe we can get away with not using
a clever report_kernel_offline predicate function, but rather
perhaps we can do a single dwfl report per named module, and
save the resulting dwfl into a cache - like we do for userspace
dwfl's already.
