[Bug translator/6898] New: marker $$args / $$parms

In order to make multi-marker tracing easier, let's add
$$vars / $$parms to marker-based probe points.  One of
these could try to interpret the incoming $format; the
other could synthesize one like the kprobes-related $$vars do.
