[Bug runtime/6883] New: Load helper-modules(ex. uprobes.ko) by non-privileged users

Issue:
uprobes.ko(and probably relay.ko on old kernel too?) isn't loaded automatically
when non-privileged user runs stap. I think it is not so useful if the user who
wants to run an uprobing-script must have a sudo-able account.

Possible solution:
Add a helper-module loading option to staprun.
