Cross Compile Stap for ARM

Hi,
I'm a Stap novice and want to cross compile it for ARM. I can't find
any document/link that tells how i can Cross Compile for ARM. I have
seen the Stap on Maemp Doc but i don't use Scratchbox(as reqd for Stap
Maemo build). Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

My Environment:
Apollon Plus Target (OMAP 2420)
arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc (GCC) 3.4.3 (release)
