[Bug testsuite/6821] incorrect or missing interpreter command in some of the examples

Thanks for the report. You are right, those scripts should be marked executable
and have a proper interpreter command. Some of the examples have been moved
around. But I did a new scan and added the fix wherever appropriate. Also fixed
a small install mistake, where the scripts would get stripped of their
executable bit again on install.
