[Bug documentation/6820] New: minor problems in staprun(8)

There are several problems with this manpage:

1. Macro .Vb is not known to man (at least in Debian):
  % man --warnings ./staprun.8.gz > /dev/null
  <standard input>:102: warning: `Vb' not defined
It should be replaced or removed.

2. Apostrophes are used in the manpage without escaping in example code, in
UTF-8 environment groff converts them to U+2019, so example code cannot be
copied&pasted.

3. There is no space between two URLs at the end of the manpage. This looks ugly.
