Release announcement suggestions for 0.7

Frank is correct. The examples were placed there so when the tests are run the 
examples tests to make sure that any problems with the examples show up in the 
test suite.

The "make install" and rpms will place the examples in the following directory:

/usr/share/doc/systemtap-0.7/examples/
