Some of these locks are in the RELAY_GUEST/RELAY_HOST configuration only,
as a consequence of bug #3858 (particularly, begin/end probes that do not
normally block interrupts).  Perhaps we could add an atomic-handler-emulating
lock/unlock pair into those begin/end probes only, around the stp_print_flush
call.
