[Bug translator/5928] New: CFLAGS vs. EXTRA_CFLAGS in generated kbuild makefile

Some kernel versions complain that our generated
makefile (/tmp/stap...../Makefile) sets CFLAGS=
rather than EXTRA_CFLAGS=, and stops the
compilation.  Let's check whether old kernel
kbuild's are OK with EXTRA_CFLAGS instead, and
if so, switch over.  It should be a few-liner
change in buildrun.cxx.
