[Bug translator/5751] New: Buil failure on ia64 because of combination of -Werror and -fstack-protector-all

-fstack-protector-all is not supported by gcc on ia64 and produces a warning
(not an error). Combined with -Werror this results in compilation failure. This
problem is not detected in configure because test program is not compiled with
-Werror
