[Bug translator/5750] New: It should be possible to use autoreconf.

Currently it is not possible to use autoreconf to regenerate configure,
Makefile.in and others:

% autoreconf -fi
autoheader: warning: missing template: HAVE_LIBSQLITE3
autoheader: Use AC_DEFINE([HAVE_LIBSQLITE3], [], [Description])
autoreconf: /usr/bin/autoheader failed with exit status: 1
