[Bug releng/5733] New: selinux policy

Let's investigate whether it would be appropriate / useful to package
an SELINUX policy module for systemtap.  It could perhaps further
restrict the setuid wrapper's behavior.  It might limit the degree of
interference that a semi-trusted user could do to the stap/staprun
environment.
