location of released systemtap tarballs

The systemtap rpm spec files list the location for the tarballs used as:

Source: ftp://sourceware.org/pub/%{name}/%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz

Looking in the directory ftp://sourceware.org/pub/systemtap there are not any 
tarball there or else where in the ftp site for the released versions. There are 
snapshot tarballs in:

ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/systemtap/snapshots

Would it make sense to create a directory:

ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/systemtap/released

Put the tar.gz in there and point the systemtap.spec file at them?
