[Bug tapsets/5152] New: __switch_to is macro on ia64 2.6.23-rc9 kernel

The buildok/scheduler-all-probes.stp fails on ia64 because the __switch_to is a
macro rather than a function on the ia64 kernel. probe scheduler.ctxswitch in
scheduler.stp will need to be modified. switch_to is also a macro on ia64.
