[Bug translator/5108] New: percpu stats

All stats are accumulated percpu.  To print them, they must first be aggregated.  

In some cases it would be desireable to view the stats (and histograms) broken
out by cpu.  All the runtime support to do this has always been there.  What we
need is a syntax and the changes to stap to implement it.
